We're in the home stretch of purchasing the Pinewood Pool! The contract is signed and the closing is scheduled for early March. Thank you to Tracie Carlos and Ridgeline Real Estate for representing us pro bono!
Your amazing support is making this possible. Individual customized emails just went out to remind people with unpaid pledges to make their payment by February 15. We have received most of the pledge payments. Once the remaining 24 pledges are paid, we will have enough for the purchase. We need to be sure that we have all the required cash-in-hand before the closing.
Additional donations are still welcome to help with closing costs, etc. We are also accepting business sponsor donations and plan to post the business names at the pool. The Zeffy link below is perfect to share if you know anyone who may be interested in being a business sponsor or making a donation.
Payments may be made using one of the methods below by February 15th.
HOW TO DONATE:
Cash or Check made out to PMHA can be dropped off in the basket at 54 Forest Rd (Nancy Pratt's home), or call/text Nancy at 802-2238-2268 to coordinate handing off your donation in person. Someone is usually home, so you can also ring the doorbell if you don't want to hand off your check. The basket is checked multiple times a day.

Zeffy processes nonprofit fundraisers without mandatory fees and deposits the donations directly into the escrow. It automatically sends users a donation receipt for your records. It also allows for monthly payments for those who prefer installments. Please be aware: if you choose the monthly option you must cancel them when you're ready or it will keep processing automatically every month! You can cancel via the Zeffy account link emailed to you in your receipt.
