President
Run Annual Meeting (early May)
Authorized signer on bank account
Manage e-mail and web page (these could be a separate job!)
Coordinate Newsletter and Directory publication (could be separate job)
Check in with committees from time-to-time to motivate them to stay active
Vice-President
Back up President as needed. This includes e-mail and web page backup.
Provide an extra opinion when decisions need to be made on behalf of the association
Attend Annual Meeting
Secretary
Attend Annual Meeting and take notes.
Provide the meeting minutes to the webmaster in a timely manner (1-2 weeks) so they can be posted
Treasurer (Income)
Deposit checks/cash and allocate to appropriate category in spreadsheet
Manage directory data in spreadsheet.
Enter data from pool registration forms
Provide spreadsheet data reports as need for pool membership list, directory, budget reports

Authorized signer on bank account
Pay bills in a timely manner using online bill pay. These mainly relate to the pool, but also include other homeowner functions. Examples include: pool utilities, liability insurance, contract work at pool, reimbursement for job rebates or pool supplies, luminary expenses, garage sale ads, potluck paper goods, newsletter and printing/mailing expenses, etc
Track expenses by category in a spreadsheet so that a budget report can be generated annually.
Contact suppliers to start and end utility services for the pool. This includes gas, phone, and electric.
