Calendar

Dates are general and may fluctuate based on the scheduling needs of the volunteers.

General Schedule:

• Dine-Around - February or March. 

• April-May – Spring Newsletter mailed with directory and registration information (homeowners and pool).*

• May - First Saturday - Vermont Green Up Day. Join the Pinewood team sprucing up the neighborhood common areas. Meet at Skyline Islands at 9am.

• May or June - Saturday - Neighborhood Garage Sale. 8AM-2PM

• May - Saturday, a week or two prior to pool opening - Pool cleaning/prep

• May - Memorial Day Weekend – Planned Pool Opening (assuming no unexpected technical difficulties)

• August - First Tuesday – Neighborhood Watch National Night Out.  Block party if street captain coordinates one.  Leave outside lights on.

• August - Saturday before school starts - Ice Cream Social and pot luck.

• September - Labor Day (or later) - Pool Closing

• October-December - Annual meeting with election of Officers

• December - Christmas Eve - Luminary

* Deadline for submitting new/renewed ads is approximately two weeks before the mailing date. Ads (horizontal business card size) are $10/newsletter (1 issue per year in Spring).
