POSTING POLICY...

• Keep posts positive, refrain from repeated solicitation, and from promotion of civic action groups or any political comments. If in doubt, email pinewoodmanor@gmail.com to ask if your topic is appropriate for this forum.

• Suggested topics include: referral requests, for-sale/wanted, lost & found, community service projects, meeting notices, community events, etc.

• If you reply to an email, your response will go back to the author of the post. If you want to broadcast your reply, use "reply all" so that it goes back to pinewoodmanor@googlegroups.com.

• For correspondence that you don't want broadcast to the neighborhood, use pinewoodmanor@gmail.com.

TO JOIN THE GROUP...

• Send an email to PinewoodManor@gmail.com. Include your name and address and specify which email address(es) you would like added to the Google Group.

• Indicate if you would also like to include the email address(es) in the neighborhood directory.

• An other contact information updates can also be made the same way. e.g., phone numbers and/or name changes.

TO LEAVE THE GROUP or CHANGE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS

• Send an email to PinewoodManor@gmail.com with relevant information.

• You can also log into the Google Group and change your settings directly.

TO BROADCAST AN EMAIL TO THE GROUP...

• Send your email to PinewoodManor@googlegroups.com from a member email account and it will be posted immediately. The sender does not receive a copy but you can review all posts in the archive.
