I have been studying this and just went to a great Summer Institute Training through AVID (2017) where they were featured. I have great hopes that the students will find them engaging and a great study tool.
If the journal is forgotten, work can be shown on a separate paper which can be glued in later. AVID Cornell Notes are perfect for this.
