CONFUSED LEAF BEETLE* (?)

BLUSHING LEAF BEETLE (?)

Confusa (Latin) = perplexed, confused, embarrassed (blushing).

*These are proposed common names and have little or no widespread acceptance. I derive them from the latin as an interesting exercise to highlight the feature for which they were originally named. If a common name becomes accepted, the insect will always be most correctly defined by its latin binomial.
