Bear Scouts complete requirements during den meetings or with adult partners outside of meetings. If done outside, a trusted adult marks it in Scoutbook, and the den leader approves it after confirming with the family or Scout. Den leaders may delegate approval to assistants or parents. For Webelos and Arrow of Light, the den leader signs off on requirements. Den Chiefs and Denners help lead meetings and ceremonies.
For Ages 8/9 or 3rd Grade
