President Roosevelt's New Deal Policy

Building Skyscrapers was once seen as a monolithic task. Something that was only a fantasy. However, massive building projects during the New Deal in 1930s and providing people with "jobs" made it seem practicle. Now skyscrapers are seen as just a regular part of any "major" city. The same phenomenon can occur with the building of a space infrastructure. Giving people (all people, around the world) jobs, careers and projects can become as practicle as hiring people to build skyscrappers in the 1930s. It doesn't take long to build cities in space.
