1. A history professor from JCC will bring a class to Occupy Fredonia in Barker Commons. He will contact us with a time to bring his class.

2. Proposal to call the Nov 12, Saturday event, "Occupy Fredonia Rally" is approved by consensus.

3. Proposal to keep a group log/notebook by the responsible person/people. Log will be kept in the waterproof box. Log keepers should record times, people present, major events. Approved by consensus.

4. Cody Jo has made arrangements to host a table in McEwen hall on Thursday from 8am to 4pm, advertizing Friday march and Saturday rally. A large poster advertising we are the 99% will be customized with thumbprints from individuals supporting the Occupy movement, and this poster will be hung up at the Occupy Fredonia.

5. Proposal to use some of our donation funds to buy one ream of paper for copies of posters at Wool Gathering.

6. 11/12 noon Rally details:

Saturday rally is noon at Sat. Nov. 12. We are waiting on Village Administrator, RickĀ  and Village Lawyer, Sam Drayo, to clarify the exact language and concerns about having "bands" with the Village.

Music: Sarah offered to play.

Skit: a theatre Brian offered to create a skit.

Food: request donations of cider, hot chocolate, donuts, cups.

7. Michelle asked Judi Lutz-Woods to take over as event coordinator/contact for Friday march and Saturday rally. Judi accepted the responsibility to be contact person for those two events.

8. Proposal to hold a "zombie outreach" to engage people around bars on Water St. and on Main St. around 1am on Friday night to promote Saturday rally, Michelle Sudyn will organize the event and will reach out to Fredonia Zombie Crawl folks https://www.facebook.com/FredoniaZombies Proposal was approved by consensus.

9. Proposal to request donations at table in McEwen on Thursday. Approved by consensus.

10. Proposal to have a "Jupiter gazing" at night. Approved by consensus.

11. What do we do when the "responsible person" has to leave the Gazebo?

Make a poster with Emergency protocol for Gazebo coverage:

Call people on the contact list until you find somebody to cover. IF NOT POSSIBLE: take the lock box and key to Green Tea Room, or if GTR is closed, take the lock box with you.

12. Front door of 22 Lambert Ave. is the late night bathroom, if Green Tea Room is not available.

13. Concern raised that daytime coverage in Gazebo is not strong at this time.

- Suggestion made that we invite visitors to participate.

- Send out an invitation to FB and Google Group to solicit more people to cover.

14. Concern raised about weatherizing Gazebo space:

- more tarps

- bungie cords?
