S.O.S. Shopkeepers is a space organization service, and we clean up, clean out, or organize basements, attics, garages, sheds (BAGS) and other spaces for a reasonable fee.

Pricing & Scheduling

Simple: we can either schedule a time to provide a free estimate, or just set a time to begin working on your project (billed by the hour or job)
Strategic: we can put together a free quote, including:
goals & priorities
garage / online / consignment sale options
room-by-room cleaning strategy
related material purchase orders (e.g. shelves)
Secure: we will not throw anything away without your approval
For big jobs, we can temporarily rent a storage space for the extra stuff that turns up from the clean out
"sliding scale" payment options:
testament: where we take "before & after" photos and you give us a good recommendation online
agreement: barter arrangement (e.g. "we clean up your space, and you provide some __________ ")
payment: we either bill by the hour ($40/hr) or flat fee. We can work on a graduated basis for large projects (w/ progress reports) - and can include a "cost not to exceed" clause, too.
