Missouri Job Combine

About Us

The Missouri Job Combine (named after both the NFL skills combine and the farm harvester) is a project-oriented &  multi-disciplinary rotational staffing service.

For example, an aspiring construction worker can start a Builders Tour with a basic carpentry job, and then proceed through plumbing, electrical, flatwork, and landscaping projects ...

Or someone new to an area can do a Variety Tour through a handful of companies on alternate days of the week ...

Or an enterprising young person with multiple interests can rotate through a Community Tour of neighborhood businesses (flower shops, pet stores, fitness centers) ...

We encourage good companies across the marketplace to participate, and invite anyone interested to register with our service.  Then we meet up to learn about your interests, and coordinate planned rotations that work for everyone.

What makes us special?

We address latent stress points in the workplace.

For example, many jobs often become boring or mundane - a job rotation keeps it interesting.

Another stress point can be relationships at work, which can become strained for various reasons - our "managed rotations" offer a more desirable option than simply quitting or firing someone, while ensuring employment continuity for all parties.

This format allows employers to see how multiple employees work within their business model in a condensed time-frame, while also allowing employees to showcase their skill set to multiple employers (which provides multiple professional reference opportunities, instead of depending on a singular boss's performance review).

And sometimes companies just need to grow or downsize for short periods - the Job Combine provides a solution for each of these situations
