Tim Beal

Dr Tim Beal, Chairman of the NZ DPRK Society has an academic interest in North East Asia. Now  retired from  the School of Marketing and International Business at Victoria University, Wellington, NZ, he maintains a website which provides information about current events on the Korean Peninsular: http://www.timbeal.net.nz/geopolitics/

Dr. Beal has written numerous articles about  the DPRK. References to some these can be found below. 

He has also written two books about Korea.  

In  2005 published his first book on North Korea:     North Korea -the struggle against American power  

In 2011 he published a second book entitled:    Crisis in Korea
