MorseKOB 2.5 is written in Visual Basic, using Microsoft's Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition. I wasn't able to get the program to work with more recent versions of Visual Basic, which is the main reason I stopped maintaining MorseKOB 2.5. The project's source code can be downloaded from MorseKOB 2.5 Source.zip. No changes have been made to the program since 2009.
