Role: Consultant – ZFF-MMRR-ZAMBOP (Zuellig Family Foundation – Maternal Mortality Rate Reduction – Zamboanga Peninsula)
Goal: To help through coaching and mentoring in the reduction of maternal mortality rate in Zamboanga del Sur; Zamboanga del Norte; Zamboanga Sibugay; and Zamboanga City to a level below 52/100,000 live births.
Objective: To coach / mentor provincial health officers / chief of hospitals of abovementioned provinces and city in Zamboanga Peninsula and ZFF Regional Account Officer and Provincial Account Officer and DOH Regional Office personnel on Project Maternal Mortality Rate Reduction in Zamboanga Peninsula.
Key Result Areas: Structured and comprehensive project design; elevated level of competency of project implementors
Key Performance Indicator: Reduction of MMR in the abovementioned provinces and city in Zamboanga Peninsula to a level below 52/100,000 live births.
Strategies: Online and face-to-face coaching and mentoring
