If you are a consultant on community health management, what will you do if a new community health program has been decided to be established and developed within 6 months (from March to August) with you as the overall program consultant?
The community health program is Maternal Mortality Ratio/Rate Reduction in a specified community.
The following are the specified communities (with a MMRR program for each):
1. Zamboanga Peninsula (Zamboanga del Sur; Zamboanga del Norte; Zamboanga Sibugay; Zamboanga City).
2. Zamboanga Peninsula (Zamboanga del Sur; Zamboanga del Norte; Zamboanga Sibugay)
3. Zamboanga del Sur
4. Zambaonga del Norte
5. Zamboanga Sibugay
6. Zamboanga City
7. Specified hospitals in the abovementioned provinces
8. Specified birthing facilities in the abovementioned provinces
9. Specified municipalities in the abovementioned provinces
etc.
I will answer my own question to guide in what I should be doing in ROJ-ZFF-MMRR-ZAMBOP.
I welcome answers and inputs from the members of the group so that I can refine my answer. Also, by answering this question, even if you are not playing the role of consultant now, you will learn how to serve as a consultant in the future.

I will put myself in the position of the community health managers who will manage the maternal mortality ratio / rate reduction in their community. I will answer the question addressed to myself: if you were the community health manager, what will you do to establish and develop an excellent MMRR program in 6 months time. As a manager, what data, info, knowledge, skills, attitude, values and other competencies do I need to be able to establish and develop an excellent MMRR program. After identifying the data, info, knowledge, skills, attitude, values and other competencies needed by the manager, I will translate or transform them into a formal, structured learning course or curriculum. I will call this course [Online] Collaborative and Interactive Learning on Maternal Mortality Ratio / Rate Reduction in the Community. I will take the journey of learning as well as of accomplishing the program together with the people whom I will coach and mentor so that I can continuously refine and reinforce what I put into the learning course or curriculum but more important, so that I can assist them in achieving the program goals.
