3 ROJ-OCILs corresponding to the 3 settings or 3 classes of mentees):

At the end of the course (qualifying for a Certificate of Commitment / Accomplishment), the mentee (a line manager of a hospital / medical center with responsibilities on maternal death control) must be able to accomplish the following: (competencies to be defined)
At the end of the course (qualifying for a Certificate of Commitment / Accomplishment), the mentee (a line manager of a rural health unit with responsibilities on maternal death control) must be able to accomplish the following: (competencies to be defined)
At the end of the course (qualifying for a Certificate of Commitment / Accomplishment), the mentee (a manager of community health management office) must be able to accomplish the following: (competencies to be defined)
Certificate of Commitment / Accomplishment - 8-week course
Certificate of Proficiency - 12 -16-week course / 6 month course / one-year course
Certificate of Mastery - 2-year course
Certificate of Best Practice - 3-year course
