1. Niger 1998 Education Law (LOSEN)

Here is the Loi N° 98-12 (1998) covering the eductional system, most known by its acronym LOSEN (Loi Orientation du Système Educatif Nigérien): LOSEN Part 1 (pp.1-4) and LOSEN Part 2 (pp.5-7).

2. The 2001 Law for promoting and developing the national languages

Loi N° 2001-037   fixant les modalités de promotion et de développement des langues nationales
