ASL resources/websites are very important for one to have access to. As a student at Lamar university, I struggled to find appropraite websites that had correct ASL signs/informaiton. The websites provided below are sites that I have used as an interpreter for the past 2 years. These resources have been given to me through other interpreters and trusted mentors. Below are listed educational, medical and legal interpreting resources. These websties contain specific terminology related to specific topics. In my journey to becoming a certified interpeter, I have used these resources to grow my knowledge of specific signs. As a mentor, I want you (the mentee) to have access to all of the best resources. If you are stuck and do not know a specific sign, I want you to be able to quickly the website you are looking for.
