Mr. KM, an atheist on the verge of depression, sought my help to break a recurring pattern of failed relationships. He was about to begin his fourth relationship after a difficult breakup and had recently lost his job. His anxiety was compounded by a history of recurring dreams about tsunamis, falling, and being unprepared, as well as a constant fear of being alone.
A Shared Meditation
During a semi-ritualistic meditation session, we both sat in my spiritual clinic. I focused on Lord Ram, Saraswati Devi, and Shirdi Sai Baba, who I saw morph into Lord Shiva. Meanwhile, KM saw images of snakes and Lord Vishnu on a horse, which then turned into Goddess Kalratri.
I guided him to follow a light, but he found it difficult to move forward. His new friend, Nayana, whom he had just met, appeared in his vision, urging him to move "little by little." KM then saw an old warship and the large face of Lord Shiva in the sky. He entered the ship and eventually the third eye of Lord Shiva, where he entered a void with Nayana. In the void, an orange sun turned into Nayana's face, and he opened his eyes. Nayana is a clairvoyant who had been guiding him and had drawn a Yin-Yang symbol at his home.
A Metaphorical Dream
Over a year later, on February 5, 2014, KM returned for another session. This time, he immediately went into a deep trance. He saw himself as a white bird, soaring high above the earth. He felt no pain but also no joy. He saw a burning tree and meditated as the flames subsided. As the fire died down, snakes appeared and surrounded his body. He wasn't afraid. The snakes then transformed into Lord Shiva, who was meditating. The tree came back to life, blooming with different kinds of fruits. Lord Shiva began to perform a joyful dance, and his trident flew into the sky, becoming one with the sun.
This metaphorical meditation suggested a powerful transformation: the bird represented his soul, the fire symbolized his depression and pain, and the snakes and Lord Shiva represented the divine energy that was healing him. The blooming tree and joyful dance of Shiva indicated that his period of suffering was over and a new, more fruitful chapter of his life was about to begin.
9 Planets rotating
In one of his Mushroom trips KRM has seen the vivid presence of 9 planets rotating around his head telling him his past karma and how they explained the meaning in his horoscope.
Surrender 30th Aug 2025
He experienced a spiritual vision of Ma Kali emerging from his third eye during his meditation, standing on his chest, and urging him to surrender. He was unconscious for 30-40 minutes and afterward felt a sense of lightness. Currently in Rahu Moon Dasa, which is causing mental distress, I suggested he explore remedies through AI.
KM sat in the hollow chamber of his heart, a room wallpapered with the ghosts of past loves and failures. The silence was a weight, pressing down, suffocating the last embers of light. He was a ship becalmed in a sea of his own making, the sails of his spirit tattered and limp.
He closed his eyes, not in search of sleep, but of escape. In his mind, he found himself in a dense, thorny jungle. Every vine was a memory of a harsh word, every thorn a prick of regret. He pushed through, the barbs tearing at his clothes and skin, a physical manifestation of his inner turmoil.
In the heart of the jungle, a storm gathered. Not of water, but of sound. A deep, resonant drumbeat echoed through the trees – dam-a-ru, dam-a-ru. The rhythm was both terrifying and cleansing. With each beat, the thorny vines around him trembled and began to wither, turning to ash.
A third eye of fire opened in the swirling cosmos above, not burning him, but incinerating the forest of his pain. He saw the form of Shiva, the Destroyer, not as a wrathful god, but as a compassionate force clearing the path. KM fell to his knees, not in fear, but in surrender.
When the storm passed, the ground was barren ash. KM felt empty, a void where the pain used to be. He walked for what felt like an eternity across the desolate landscape of his own making. Was this healing? This utter emptiness?
Then, he saw it. A single point of colour in the grey. From the ash, a lotus flower was rising, its petals unfurling with impossible grace. It glowed with a soft, inner light, its roots drawing sustenance from the very ground that was once his despair.
As he watched, the lotus pulsed with a gentle blue light. He saw a vision within its petals: the serene face of Vishnu, the Preserver. It was a promise that even after utter destruction, the seed of the self, the core of his being, remained intact, waiting to bloom.
But peace was not the final lesson. The sky darkened once more, this time with a wild, liberating energy. A warm rain began to fall, washing the ash from his skin. It was not a gentle shower, but a torrential downpour, and KM felt an urge not to hide, but to dance.
from the clouds, but from within himself. Kali, in all her dark, beautiful, and terrifying glory, placed a foot upon his chest. It was not a weight that crushed, but one that pinned his ego to the ground. Around his head, the Nine Planets began to circle, each a glowing orb showing him his own story – the pride, the fear, the attachments that had built his jungle of thorns. "Surrender," her voice echoed, not in his ears, but in his soul. "Surrender the story. Surrender the self you think you are."
The storm subsided, leaving a world washed clean. The sun began to rise, casting long, warm rays across the land where new, green shoots were already pushing through the damp earth. KM did not feel "healed," for that was a destination. He felt whole, for that was a journey. He turned his face to the dawn and walked forward.
