March 12,13 Conference Call - Team Reps

• • Invited - all team players, team reps: WB, MB (very short notice..issued via GEVA email on 3/12)

  • Attended - reps from Get Over It, Livingston, Fuego Red, Fuego Green, I'd Hit That

  • Purpose: 

    • Member feedback on season to date

    • Any questions for Women's B rep

    • Response to question: Should we allow exceptions to 7.8.2 player handbook's rule to allow teams to borrow up to 2-BB players at Regionals? Rule 7.8.2 states that teams playing in regionals may only use players on their April 1 roster.

• Conference Call suggestions:

  • Notes for 2014-15: 

    • • Registration process

        • When teams register for GEVA events greater than 14 days before...do not require payment (create an option for payment)

          • Have GEVA prompt team rep for payment on the 14th day.

        • When teams register for GEVA events 14 or fewer days before, DO require immediate credit card payment.
