Press Conference : We presented our Audited Report of the Data from Public Domains of AAP website and Election Commission and found huge anomalies and swindling to the tune of 14 crores !! So much so to the AAP Clean Politics.
Accusations on AAP.
1. Donations not reported to Election Commission. Total 932 . Total Amount 14 crore 60 lakh.
2. Total 70 donations above 10 lakh. Which were to be scrutinized and accepted by PAC. Out of these 70 donations , 26(37%) donations amounting to 6 crore plus were not reported to Election Commission . PAC is directly responsible for these 26 donations.
3. Bennami entries - total number 129 . total amounts 1 crore 9 lakh.
No name , no address , no cheque no , no pan number in these entries.
4. Fake Pan Cards - 3 fake pan cards in 2012-13 , - This challenges "AAP's CLEAN CHIT" 4 fake pan cars 2013-14 ,40 fake pan cards in 2014-15 . 2014-15 number is on a random check. There could be more.
Shortly we shall complain to Election Commission with our findings.
