L-A slips by R-P

Lewiston-Altura came away with a hard fought 12-0 victory against Rushford-Peterson on a wet, slippery field Friday night.  The rain started early and came down all game long causing both teams to have difficulty finding their footing on offense.  L-A was able to make enough plays on offense to put two touchdowns on the board, but many penalties kept them from being able to sustain any long drives.  The win improves the Cardinals to 5-0 on the season.  Next Friday, W-K comes to town for Homecoming.
