2012 Youth Camp

The Lewiston-Altura Future Cards Camp forms are currently available at the intermediate and elementary offices.  The camp will be run June 11-13 from 8-10 am at the high school fields.  Cost of the camp is $20.  Registration should be completed and returned to Coach Olson by May 25th to reserve a spot in the camp.  Registrations after that date will not be guaranteed a T-shirt.  Please see the attached registration form.
