Rankings

The league publishes various rankings for which awards are given at the end of the season

• Player of the Season; points are scored based on all wins in league and cup matches and progress in all individual, pairs and 3 man events.New players are not eligible for this award.

• Most Improved Player; points are calculated only on the basis of league matches played. The award is made to the player whose handicap has dropped by the largest amount. New players are not eligible for this award.

• Best New Player; this award is for those who have joined the league this season. Points are calculated in the same way as for Player of the Season

• Best Young Player: this is awarded to the best player under 25 in either division. Progress can be seen in the PoS rankings for each division

• High Breaks; all breaks of 30 or more appear on the list
