SAS students show Romona and Grant Elementary what Le Conte has to offer
A big thanks to our 7th grade Leadership students who act as tour guides: Aram A., Natalie B., Jessica D., Jacob F., Heidi G., Jonathan H., Kristina K., Charles L., Mayleth L., Vanessa L., Gayane M., Samantha N., Maria N., Leah P., Emiliano P., Ivan P., Nicole R., Tyron S., Saith V., and Jessica Z. Thanks also to Ms. Lester for giving a presentation about the SAS program, Mr. Hass and students for demonstrating what our band has to offer, Mr. Dziepak and Mrs. Woodward for showing how awesome our LEGO Robotics and Science Olympiad teams are. We look forward to some Road Runners & Tigers becoming Le Conte EAGLES
SAS takes 1st and 2nd place in Pi Day
SAS students came in first and second in the Pi memorization contest. Jerry Loza recited 182 digits of Pi in front of the whole school during the Pi day assembly. Ashley Enriquez came in second with 171 digits memorized. Great job!
SAS students also took first and second place in the Pi Scavenger Hunt.

Congratulations to our Eagles for completing the 2014 LA Marathon! After training all year, students ran 26.2 miles from Downtown LA through Hollywood and ended at the beach.
