Create formal invitations for the ceremony using our traditional design (no more than 2 font styles). Have the ceremony chair proof the invitation.
If there will be print invitations, then you will have them printed, and package them for each Troop. Each Silver and Bronze Scout receives one invitation; Gold Scouts each receive two invitations. Distribute to the Troop leaders by the second planning meeting. Find the most economical supplier and printer.
Budget: $150 (for physical invitations)
NOTE: In recent years, the number of ceremony participants has not been high enough to support printed invitations. When the number are too low, we simply go with a digital invitation that can be emailed out.
