Coordinate with Belle n' Beau photography studio to ensure that each Gold Scout gets her portrait taken and selected, and then arranges for a loaner copy of each portrait to be used in our Gold display. This job involves getting a list of the LCF Gold Scouts to Belle n' Beau, arranging the payment of their nominal loan fee ($16/portrait), picking up the portraits when they are ready, inserting them into frames (available from the Ceremony Chair), and delivering them to the Gold Display team two hours before the start of the ceremony. After the ceremony, take the photos out of the frames, deliver them back to Belle n' Beau, and return the frames to the Ceremony Chair.
Lastly, you will coordinate getting a flash drive or CD of the photos to the Outlook for use in the newspaper, and to our Program designer.
