Your job is to estimate demand models using the data provided in this website. Two parts of assignments need to be fulfilled.
1) City gas
: Using the given data, estimate the elasticity of income for city gas.
: Provide intuitive interpretations on your estimation results on city gas. (please use HDD, CDD, and GDP variables)
2) Electricity in commercial sector
: Do you think that your estimates on the elasticity of electricity demand with respect to electricity price is intuitively correct? What is your interpretation on your results?
