General Description

This tamagotchi is the newest Japanese Tamagotchi release. It is due to be released only in Japan. The amazing thing about it is that the screen is in color! This is combined with features from the Dekatama and other previous releases of Japanese tamagotchi to produce a striking new level of cuteness. I could not find a growth chart so I made my own, which you can see below. What is also amazing is that there are only 26 characters, whereas some earlier, less advanced versions had 60 or more. I think this is due to the fact that there are so many cute and realistic animations and this takes up so much space that they can't have very many  characters because there isn't much space. As you can see, the genders are completely separate (there are no characters that can be either boy or girl.) This is a new feature which is also employed in the new version 6 music star which also has fewer characters (38.) This tamagotchi was released around the same time as the Tamagotchi Color in English but does not have a color screen.
