Whitaker's Words - http://archives.nd.edu/words.html

Free on-line dictionary.  Latin to English, or English to Latin.  If you type in a noun, it will parse the word, giving you the case, number, and gender, as well as the dictionary entry of the word.  If you type in a verb, it will give you the person, number, tense, mood, and voice, in addition to giving you the dictionary entry.  Lots of students, including college students love this tool.
