01 Starter - Sojee 1
150 grams Butter
1 Cup Tastee Wheat or Semolina
2 Elachi pods
2 Cinnamon sticks
3/4 Cup Sugar (to taste)
2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Elachi powder
1/2 Cup Ground Almonds
1/4 Cup sliced Almonds / Pistachio to garnish
Braise tastee wheat in ghee with elachi pods and cinnamon until light brown.
Beat sugar, milk, eggs and elachi powder together and add to braised tastee wheat. Mix and combine properly.
Close the pot and allow to steam on a low heat until dry and cooked.
Garnish with chopped almonds or pistachio .
