During our Meranti Project, we had the opportunity to experience team-bonding activities that promoted qualities of trust, cooperation and resilience. Naturally, these are the same qualities we need to cultivate in our students. Experiential learning is crucial for the development of these qualities to encourage students’ appreciation of the value and authenticity of CCE. By considering multiple perspectives and empathizing with others, we can hone our skills in project management and teamwork.
