Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4-6 pork chopped
1 egg (beaten)
½ cup flour
½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
In large skillet heat oil
On 3 separate plates place one with egg one with the flour and one with the bread crumbs
Dredge the chops in flour then egg then bread crumbs place in oil
Cook on Medium heat until browned on both sides
Reduce to simmer and pour water over top of chops cover
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
