Ingredients

Bread

Butter

Egg

Syrup

Preparation

• • Use a upside down shot glass (or similar object) to cut a circle out of the middle of the slice of bread.

  • Butter both sides of the slice of bread and the circular cutout and put on skillet at 350°

  • Break the egg into the center of the slice of bread and cook egg to desired hardness.

  • Flipping the bread and the circular cutout cooking both sides to desired toasting brownness

  • Add syrup and enjoy a fun breakfast that kids love. (You can add powdered sugar, salt, pepper or other spices to taste.)
