Biscuits and Gravy

Preparation

1. Brown sausage in large pot (do not drain)

2. pour flour into sausage and grease to form a roux;

3. pour 4 cups milk into the roux mixture

4. cook on low until gravy thickens stirring often.

5. serve over Grands biscuits or any other style biscuits
