The Jones Soil and Water Conservation District (Jones SWCD) is a legal subdivision of the State of Iowa. The Jones SWCD cooperates directly with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS).
The 'Mission' of the Jones SWCD is to provide local leadership in the advancement of the protection and enhancement of the natural resources of Jones County by providing technical, educational, and financial assistance to the public by using all available resources.
Tree & Shrub Sales :
The Jones SWCD's tree sale is open through March 24, 2023. Stock is limited and goes fast so contact the office for an order form and what is still available.
