Rationale

It is my responsibility to provide a safe environment for my students to learn.Therefore I choose to attach my Flinn certification along with my safety reflection as evidence of my understanding of this standard. Sub-standard 2.4 states that one needs to exhibit ongoing professional growth. Refreshing and updating ones knowledge is a commitment to life long learning. Therefore, I will be visiting Flinn safety again in the future to sharpen up on safety. In order to expose my students to different types of learning opportunities such as an outdoor activity they need to be safe. Safety is necessary in a productive learning environment.
