  • 2006, her debut feature Chiemi-chan to Kokkun Batcho (2005) won Best Film in the CO2 Open Competition (Osaka)
  • With the grant from the CO2 festival, she made her second feature German + Rain (2007), which went on to win the Grand Prix at the CO2 Open Competition
  • in 2008, Yokohama won the 48th Directors Guild of Japan New Directors Award (2007) for her film German + Rain (source)
  • in 2009, she made three music videos for the rock band, the 100s (http://www.100s.jp/)
  • her current project Actor Takuji Kameoka (俳優 亀岡拓次) is an adaptation of a novel by Akito Inui and will star Ken Yasuda in the title role. The film is scheduled for release in January 2016. The official website is: http://kametaku.com/
