Lots of changes came this year. The best was getting another Boston Terrier in March. I brought Dottie home from a breeder who was retiring her. She has been the easiest dog I have ever had. Her companionship makes me feel contented and grounded.
I continue to explore using reversed canvasses and a variety of color combinations. Dogs, cats, women, moons, butterflies, and birds are reoccurring images. I have used monochromatic, gray scale on some works. Others brighter colors. I hope you enjoy looking.

The texture in the middle was a wad of gesso that was congealing. I put it on this board as an experiment.

This was a piece I was not satisfied with and eventually re-worked parts of it. Hence the title.
