Yes. We have set up an online payment option using Zelle. We don't charge any cost or fees to use this and most banks don't either. If your bank doesn't support Zelle and you can't use the Zelle app to make a payment, there are other options. These other options may involve a fee from the processor or your financial institution. Contact a board member if you need to make a payment using alternative online methods.
Yes. There are specific requirements to allow electronic voting for membership issues. There are certain features that are required by statute, and we have established procedures to ensure those requirements are met.

Reference: The “CONSOLIDATED Declarations of Covenants & Restrictions for Indian Trails, Phases I, II, III, IV, and V and Indian Trails Homeowner’s Association, Inc.”, Article VII, Section 2 dated 23 October 1987 (particularly “Phase III” sub-section)
“The minimum square footage of residences constructed on any lot in Indian Trails, Phase III, shall not be less than 1750 square feet for a single story home, nor less than 2400 square feet for a split-level or two-story home. The main floor area of a split level or two-story home shall not be less than 1400 square feet.” Summary: A "walk-out basement” home will be considered a two-story home. The main floor as described above shall be construed as the “street-level” floor, commonly identified by the front door of the home. The basement will not be considered the “main floor”. All corresponding covenants and restrictions shall apply.
