Board of Directors Meeting, Monday March 24 2025, 6 PM. See the calendar for details.
The all-volunteer Board of Directors for the Indian Trails homeowners' association (HOA) helps manage the community and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Comprised of residents who serve without compensation, the Board is responsible for enforcing covenants, adhering to Florida HOA regulations, overseeing the budget, and making decisions about common area maintenance. They also help resolve homeowner disputes and ensure compliance with community rules, architectural guidelines, and zoning regulations.
To effectively manage these responsibilities, the Board oversees various sub-committees, including budget, architectural review, capital improvement, and landscaping, among others. These committees assist in financial planning, review property modification requests, plan for long-term infrastructure needs, and maintain common areas. To maintain transparency, the Board holds regular meetings and communicates openly with homeowners. Their goal is to support a well-maintained and functional community while following established guidelines and state laws.
