Welcome to the Architectural Reviews Center and Document Library.

Here you will find an explanation as to the purpose of architecture reviews, required forms, which include guidance for completion and submission, and you can check the status of submissions. You can complete and submit approval requests using the online forms page. Please upload any drawing files with the request. We are in the process of adding new forms for various types of architectural projects. If you can't find what you need, please contact a board member to request that it be added.

What is the purpose of architectural reviews, and who can participate in the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)?

The ARC is charged with interpreting and enforcing the standards of building structures and fences in our community. Why? Not only does it ensure a consistent look and feel throughout the neighborhood, but it also helps to ensure all of our property values are better maintained and protected. It also helps to facilitate harmony and mutual respect between neighbors by ensuring additional buildings and fences comply with the Indian Trails Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions locations and set-backs.

Any resident or homeowner in Indian Trails neighborhood may participate in the ARC. The Board of Directors encourages and welcomes participation by neighborhood members; the more participation from our neighbors, the more the standards can accurately reflect our values.
