Subject: Notice of Annual Dues Adjustment

I hope this letter finds you well. As we enter a new year, we would like to express our gratitude for your continued support of our community. We are writing to inform you of a necessary adjustment to the annual dues structure.

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has decided to implement a modest increase of $5 per lot in the annual dues for the upcoming fiscal year. We understand that any increase may be met with concerns, and we want to provide you with the rationale behind this decision.

Over the past decade, our community has experienced the effects of inflation, leading to increased costs in various operational aspects, including maintenance, essential services, and operating costs. To continue maintaining the high standards and amenities that make our community a desirable place to live, we find it necessary to make this adjustment to ensure the financial sustainability of Indian Trails.

It is important to note that this adjustment represents the first increase in annual dues in over 10 years. The Board of Directors has worked diligently to minimize any financial impact on our members during this time. We have been proactive in seeking cost-effective solutions and negotiating favorable contracts to keep our operational expenses as low as possible.

We recognize the commitment of our members to the well-being of our community and understand that any change in dues may raise concerns. We assure you that the decision to adjust the annual dues is not taken lightly, and the increase is kept to a minimum to meet the rising operational costs while maintaining the quality of services and facilities you expect.
