Item 22-01 (Amendment re Chickens) was approved by the membership. 72 percent of the membership participated. Of the participants, 85 percent voted yes, while 15 percent disapproved. The amendment required approval of 60% of membership, and that requirement was surpassed. We are in the process of finalizing the amendment for publication. We are also working on a form to process approval of coops, locations, rules agreement, etc. Please address any concerns or questions to the board.
Item 22-02 (Pavilion Referendum): By and large, the consensus was that the Pavilion would be a valuable addition. Roughly 78 percent agreed. In addition, we received input on other areas of interest from members. These items will be addressed at the next board meeting and put into consideration for the association's capital improvement plan.
