** Board of Directors Meeting, Sunday January 18 2025, 6 PM. See the calendar for details. **
Homeowners,
We have had reports from residents of dogs being let out or roaming the neighborhood unrestrained. It is a dangerous situation for our residents, especially for young children heading to or from school. If you see a dog roaming free, please contact its owner or City of Crestview Animal Control. They will come and collect the dog if it is roaming free. Also, please notify a board member if you observe violations of this important restriction.
Dog owners, just a reminder that the association Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions state that a dog must be ‘kept in a fenced yard, or on a leash’. Anything less than a restraint or physical barrier falls short of the requirement. Radio fences with shock collars will not keep curious children or animals away from danger.
Please be considerate to your neighnbors and ensure that you are taking responsibility for your pets and keep them controlled as required. It is NOT OK to let your dog out in your yard without it being Fenced or on a Leash.
