Dear Colleagues:
The International Gastrointestinal Electrophysiology Society (iGES), formerly International Electrogastrography Society will have its annual workshop in conjunction with 2014 Digestive Diseases Week. On behalf of the Society, we would like to invite you to attend the following meeting and submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations, and possible awards.
1. We will have a dinner meeting at Chicago South Loop Hotel (about 2 miles away from the convention center), Chicago, IL on Saturday, May 3, 2014. We will start at 5pm and finish before 10pm.
2. There will be a registration fee of $20 (free for students or post-docs). Please bring a check or cash.
3. Please submit your abstracts via this web form using the DDW format before Feb 1, 2014. The abstracts will be reviewed for oral and poster presentations and possible awards; however, they will NOT be published. Please indicate if you want to be considered for a Young Investigator Award.
4. Awards:
Alvarez Award (every abstract is qualified so you do not need to apply for it)
Robert Stern Award (Best of Young Investigator’s Award)
Young Investigator Award (please indicate that you are qualified)
