Another sad thing which happened and I forgot to mention was the demise of my project. The project P67 which I come to work for.. a SSD(supercomputer systems division) does not exist. Subsequently a bunch of engineers totalling 70 have nothing to do. This was announced last week and the engineers now dont come to work at all. Stress is on learning...I dont thing like U.S. many people have the option to look outside the company. Myself and few other people from Intel US(the foreigners) have been asked to stay atleast till the end of the project. And of course now that we have signed the lease for a year and stuff like that and the mood is definately on sticking around.
