Important things to consider before taking a job

I am adding this list of points here for easy future reference. This is a list of opinions formed after My Industrial training at Mechatronics, Summer 2009

• Two day Weekend is very important

• Pay – Package contributes greatly to job satisfaction

• Company Size, free time, growth potential are all very important while choosing your employer

• Read the Fine-Print and ask every detail before agreeing to anything when you are considering a job offer

• Academics is an appealing career option

• Pune has better climate than Delhi/ Climate is an important factor while considering a location
