Board Member Chairman

The Board Member Chairman is responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of the board and the Organization

• Leads the meeting

• Arranges the treatment of the subjects

• In case of illness or absence, the chairman is replaced by one of the other board members. This is often designated in advance to avoid discussion and confusion.
