TORTILLA DE PATATAS
Objective: at the end of class students will be able to describe the three main characteristics of the Spanish omelet and to propose more food for the omelet.
Level: beginning Spanish students (second semester).
Time: 30 minutes approximately.
Materials: printed students' handout with the activities that will be done in class and the listening video found in the internet.

Pre-knowledge: students have already been introduced the vocabulary related to the different foods: vegetables, fruit, legumes, milk and condiments.
Description: students will be exposed to a traditional recipe through a video that explains a typical dish of Spain. Then, students will watch and listen to the video several times and they will complete several activities in order to write a recipe and think about more ingredients to add to the recipe.
